Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine! Please review my cancellation policy before booking your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to accommodate the next client. If you arrive too late to complete your service, your appointment may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the applicable fee.
Card on File
A valid credit or debit card is required to book an appointment. Your card information is securely stored through my booking system and may be charged for applicable late cancellations and missed appointments in accordance with this policy.
